Here is the latest suppliment to the Toymaster's Silver3D folder set. The Silver3D set is an ongoing collection with 501 folders at present.
The folders were designed to make it easy to copy to your folders. Please remeber that you shouldn't just toss out your old folders and use these without making sure that the names of the Silver3D's exactly match the folder you are replacing. Instead, you should use the copy and paste method in the GetInfo boxes. Here is a detailed account of the procedure needed to install the custom folders. . .
Select the Silver 3D folder you want to use by clicking on it. Go to the File menu and select "Get Info". Once the Silver 3D Get Info box is up, click on the folder icon so that a square box surrounds it. Then do a "Copy" command from the Edit menu (or a "Command-C" keystroke from the keyboard). Close the Silver 3D's Get Info box by clicking the small square box in the upper left part of the Get Info box. Now, select the folder you want to transfer the folder icon to, by clicking on it and selecting "Get Info" from the File menu. Once again, click on the folder icon in the box so a square surrounds it. Go to the Edit menu and select "Paste" (or a "Command-V" from the keyboard). The folder should update to the Silver 3D folder you wanted. Close the Get Info box by clicking in the square in the upper left hand corner and you are done.
I would like to take this time to thank JKP (John Preston) for the nice collection of over 30 icon folders that he sent. Most are from his current library. I also must congratulate Tabby Cat for finding many new icons. His contribution of 10 folders filled in a need for the more popular genreric section. Finally, Loophole sent me some challenging icons in which I was only able to fix a few (the others are still in progress).
If you have any icons that haven't been released and would like them included in the next release, please drop me a line on E-Mail on AmericaOnline (you can send files that way). I also welcome any suggestions or critisims to help make my work better.
